The Asbestos Management survey is a none intrusive survey used to locate and manage asbestos-containing materials (ACM) during the normal occupation and use of premises. Its purpose is to locate as far as reasonably practicable, the presence and extent of any suspect Asbestos Containing Materials in the building which could be damaged or disturbed during normal occupancy including future maintenance and installation.

ASBESTOS RE-INSPECTION SURVEY

The re-inspection survey is used as a follow up to an initial survey undertaken on your building where asbestos materials have been discovered and remain in situ. ASBESTOS REFURBISHMENT OR DEMOLITION SURVEY
An Asbestos Refurbishment or demolition survey is required before any refurbishment or demolition is carried out on a property. This type of survey is used to locate and describe, as far as reasonably practicable, all asbestos-containing materials in the area where refurbishment or demolition work is to take place.
This type of Asbestos survey is intrusive and involves our surveyors gaining access to areas of a property not normally seen or accessible
ASBESTOS SAMPLING
